Can your perfumes be used during prayers?

Absolutely! We use synthetic alcohol derived from chemicals, not fermented alcohol used in wine, making our perfumes suitable for use during prayers.

How long does your perfumes last?

Our perfumes offer long-lasting fragrance, typically 6-8 hours. Applying on clothes extends the scent to 5-6 hours, while skin application can last up to 8 hours due to body chemistry.

Can I add on wish card and is there any extra charge for it?

Good news! We're happy to include a free personalized wish card with your order. Just mention 'wish card' and write down your wish in your order notes during checkout!

Orders & Shipping

Does the price of each item include postage?

No, item prices exclude postage. Standard fees apply: RM8 for West Malaysia, RM11 for East Malaysia for orders below 4.5kg.

Do you post out your orders everyday?

Yes, we ship your orders daily except for weekends and public holidays.

Do you offer self-pickup?

Yes, skip the delivery and pick up your order directly! Choose self-pickup at our Southville, Dengkil store during checkout.

Thank you for your interest in partnering with us! While Flonerch HQ isn't currently accepting new dropship/agent/stockist applications, some of our Flonerch Queens have limited reseller opportunities available. Contact any of these Queens directly to explore possibilities:

Return, Exchange & Refund

Return & Exchange

We only offer return and exchange in the event you receive a defective or the wrong product. For more information, please refer our Return & Exchange Policy here.

I receive more items than I ordered.

If you accidentally receive more items than you ordered, please don't worry! We kindly request that you return any extra items to us. You can choose to initiate the return process by contacting customer service at flonerch@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +601123939602. We will assist you with the process. We will gladly cover the return postage for your convenience. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding.

I receive less items than I ordered.

Uh oh, missing something? If you receive fewer items than you ordered, please contact us right away through email at flonerch@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +601123939602. We'll take care of everything and make sure you receive the missing items, even covering the postage. We understand this is frustrating and truly apologize for the inconvenience. Your satisfaction is our top priority!

Refund

We only offer refunds in the event customers accidentally placed the same order twice or the item that needs to be replaced is out of stock.  Refunds are in the form of cash. Contact us at flonerch@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +601123939602 if you need a refund and we will handle the rest.
