At Flonerch, we want you to experience the joy of fragrance with confidence! Making sure you love your Flonerch purchases is our top priority. If you need to return & exchange items, or refund, we're here to help. This policy outlines the process and conditions for making the most of your Flonerch experience.
Returns & Exchange
We only offer return and exchange in the event you receive a defective or the wrong product. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong product, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging. Which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Please note that you'll need to show us the receipt or proof of purchase. Also, you can only exchange your item(s) once.
Eligible items:
- Items purchased at full price (sale and clearance items are non-returnable).
- Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in its original packaging.
Process of return & exchange:
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the package is confirmed to be returned, we will be processing your new exchange order upon checking the condition of the products.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Returning Extra Items
If you accidentally receive more items than you ordered, please don't worry! We kindly request that you return any extra items to us. You can choose to initiate the return process by contacting customer service at flonerch@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +601123939602. We will assist you with the process. We will gladly cover the return postage for your convenience. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding.
Incomplete Order
If you receive fewer items than you ordered, please contact us right away through email at flonerch@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +601123939602. We'll take care of everything and make sure you receive the missing items, even covering the postage. We understand this is frustrating and truly apologize for the inconvenience. Your satisfaction is our top priority!
Refunds
We only offer refunds in the event customers accidentally placed the same order twice or the item that needs to be replaced is out of stock. Refunds are in the form of cash. Contact us at flonerch@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +601123939602 if you need a refund and we will handle the rest.
